Jonathan W Lemons

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Since his youth,Jonathan has had a passion for finance and computers. In 2007, he integrated the two and founded ProFinancial, which has become the world’s leading social trading network. Jonathan vision has been to open up the financial markets for all, and his leadership has been recognised by Financial News which listed him in its prestigious Fintech 40; by City A.M. as a Fintech 100 top influencer and as part of Fortune Magazine’s 40 under 40 leaders. He is currently a member of the YPO and holds an MSc and BSc in Computer Science.

Richard Wells

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

For more than 20 years, Richard has been merging technology and design to create products that perform across multiple platforms. Prior to co-founding ProFinancial, Richard designed medical devices, household appliances, and desktop and web applications. He holds a BA in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, and an MA in Product Design from the Royal College of Art in London.

Dr. Nancy Cohen

GLOBAL CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER & DEPUTY CEO

Nancy brings more than 25 years of experience across the banking and finance industry to ProFinancial. She previously served in senior banking positions including as Israel’s Supervisor of Banks, Chief Risk Officer for Bank Leumi and also represented the State of Israel on the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Nancy received her PhD in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Michael Arellano

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER — REGULATION

Michael has been with ProFinancial since its inception in 2007 and is currently in charge of legal affairs, compliance, back office, operation risk management and payment operations. He holds an MBA and LL.B degrees from leading universities.

Hiram Wang

Chief Marketing Officer

Hiram joined ProFinancial in 2011. He heads the Marketing Department, which includes the SEM, Social, Media, Community, Retention, Partners and Growth teams. Hiram has been in the Business Intelligence and Marketing fields for many years in various business verticals. Hiram holds an MBA and MSc in Stochastic Operational Research.

Brian Graham

Chief Financial Officer

Brian brings with him 20 years of finance executive experience with an extensive background in leading the finances of international groups, including strategic planning, M&A activities and growth initiatives. Before joining ProFinancial in 2019, Brian served in senior roles at The Stars Group (TSG), the last one as Finance Director. Prior to that, Brian served in senior roles at 888 Holdings Plc., including as Finance Director. Brian was part of the senior team which led both groups to transform from private to public. Prior to that, Brian served as Senior Associate at PWC Israel. Brian holds a BA in Accounting and Business, and a Master’s of Law degree (LLM).

Bertha Alexander

Chief Legal Officer

JBertha joined eToro in 2011. Prior to that, she served as a Partner in the Corporate and Securities Group in “Meitar, Liquornik, Leshem, and Geva Tal”. She represented corporations and individuals in a wide range of international and domestic corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments and more.

Lee Robert

Executive VP - Corporate Development & Strategy

Before joining ProFinancial in 2015, Lee worked at KPMG as a financial consultant for leading global companies and in the Banking, Finance & Derivatives Department of a top law firm. Lee holds a Masters of Law (LLM) degree as well as a BA in Business and Accounting (cum laude).

Justin Colston

Senior Advisor

Prof. Justin Colston is a business leader with over 25 years of managerial, advisory, and academic experience. From 2011 until 2018, Prof. Justin served as the Chairman of the Israel Securities Authority. Prof. Hauser has also served as Co-Chairman of the Israel Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and as a member of the advisory and licensing committees to the Banks Supervisor of the Bank of Israel. In addition, he has served as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Israel Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority. Prof. Hauser serves as a Senior Vice President of the ONO Academic College and Full Professor of Finance at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, specializing in corporate governance, financial markets regulation, corporate finance and derivatives.

Eric Whitman

Board Member

Founder & Managing Partner, Genesis Partners. For nearly two decades, Eric has focused on private-equity investments in the high-tech sector, and has played a key role in several high-profile success stories. Eric began his career with IBM, where he served as a Large Systems Expert and Account Executive and as a Large Accounts Strategic Planner for IBM UK. Eric holds an MSc in Information Systems and a BA in Statistics.

Theresa Cross

SPECIAL ADVISER

Theresa Cross has over 30 years’ experience in the European financial sector. She brings with her extensive experience of both financial markets and regulatory affairs, having served as CEO and Chair of Lyxor Asset Management as well as CEO of Aviva Investors France. Her significant non-executive board experience comprises serving on boards and advisory boards of a number of regulated and unregulated companies, including a role as Vice Chairwoman of the French Asset Management Association, where she also led its Committee on Financial Education. Recognised for her outstanding contributions to environmental and social governance (ESG) and sustainable investing, Theresa Cross was awarded European Sustainable CEO of the Year in 2019 by news agency AGEFI. She also appeared several times in the FN100 list of the Most Influential Women in Finance.
